It’s easy to think satisfaction comes from getting what you want.
That dream job. That bigger space. That recognition you've worked so hard for.
And yes, those things are good. Necessary, even.
But over time, I’ve learned that the deepest kind of satisfaction doesn’t always come from chasing what you want.
It comes from helping others get what they need.
From showing up for people.
From seeing a gap and choosing to fill it.
From lifting someone, even when you’re waiting for your own breakthrough.
That quiet fulfillment… the one that doesn’t scream but settles deeply into your soul?
It lives in purpose.
It lives in service.
It lives in doing the right thing, even when no one sees.
As we begin June, which is the final month of the first half of the year, maybe this is the reminder we all need:
To realign our goals not just around achievement, but around impact.
Satisfaction isn’t just in the getting.
It’s in the giving.
It’s in knowing that because you showed up, someone else could rise.
Be Ignited. Be Inspired. Be Influenced.
Become the best version of yourself you can ever be.
