Book No. 19: Put Your Dream To The Test by John C. Maxwell

📚 #SaturdayShelfie: Book 19 – 𝑷𝒖𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒆𝒔𝒕 by John C. Maxwell

After writing today’s #StorySaturday post, I couldn’t help but think of this book as my next recommendation.

When I look back at how this whole blogging journey began—with nothing but a story about a traffic jam and the courage to hit “publish”—I realize that was me, unknowingly, putting my dream to the test.

And here’s the interesting part: the dream wasn’t even mine to begin with.
It had been planted in me by someone—someone who saw something I hadn’t yet seen in myself. But once that seed was there, it grew. And slowly, it became mine too.

Now, ignore the fact that the copy in the picture looks a little worn out—it’s been around the block a couple of times! Because trust me, this is a book worth keeping close. 𝑷𝒖𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒆𝒔𝒕 by John C. Maxwell is about. It walks you through the questions that help you recognize, refine, and pursue your dream with clarity and purpose.

It challenges you to ask:
🔹 Is this dream truly yours now?
🔹 Do you have what it takes to pursue it?
🔹 Are you growing into the version of you that dream requires?

Why should you read this book?
✔️ To turn your dream from a wish into a plan.
✔️ To gain clarity on what your dream really demands from you.
✔️ To uncover the courage to take the first—or next—step.
✔️ To recognize that sometimes a borrowed dream becomes your breakthrough.

If there’s something inside you nudging you forward, something that refuses to stay quiet—this book will help you give that dream a voice, a plan, and a path.
