For Once, Satisfy Your Cravings

Every so often I get some unexpected cravings for some of the most ridiculous things; a boiled egg, stir-fried veggies with lots of hot red chilli, lemon grass tea with deep fried cassava douced in home-made chili sause, etc.

Do those little things daily….

Is it just me or has this year hit the ground running, literally? It feels like the clock is ticking faster than usual, the minutes are shorter than usual and the days have less than 24 hours. It’s hard to believe we are already on the 2nd week of 2018. Week one is gone forever, never to be seen again; out of 52 weeks, we now have 51 remaining. If I may ask you, what did you achieve in that first week of 2018?

You might be going through a tough time in your life but when you read a certain book, the character in that book resonates with your situation, causing you to feel strangely calm and hopeful that if the character was able to turn his life around, then you too can.

I am glad to be writing this and for you to be reading this because it means we both made it to see another year.  This is a priviledge we shouldn't take for granted. So without further ado, I'd like to give you some tips on how to make 2018 the most productive and fruitful year you've ever had.
