Book 10: The Emotionally Exhausted Woman by Nancy Colier

📚 #SaturdayShelfie (on a Sunday!): Book 10 – The Emotionally Exhausted Woman by Nancy Colier

First, let me start with an apology—I know I was supposed to post this yesterday, but I wasn’t feeling well. For the past few weeks, I’ve been unwell, and after a change of meds on Friday, let’s just say I’ve been sleeping like a well-fed cat in the sun.

That said, I couldn’t have chosen a better book for this week, especially as the world celebrated International Women’s Day yesterday.

Book 11: Master Your Emotions by Thibaut Meurisse

Today, something happened that made me realize just how important this book is. Many people have lost their destinies simply because they never learned how to master their emotions. They’ve lost opportunities, relationships, and even their sense of self—all because they lacked self-control and, most importantly, self-awareness.

Book 12: The Top Five Regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware

In the past few weeks, I’ve caught myself reflecting on some of the decisions I’ve made throughout my adult life—choices I wish I could undo, paths I wish I had taken, words I wish I had spoken… or kept to myself. And in those quiet moments, I found myself wishing for something we never truly get—another lifetime, a chance to do it all over again.

Hence today's recommendation. I recommend it because sometimes, we need gentle reminders of what truly matters.
